Boston Herald - - RED SOX 2018 -

SOX: Andrew Benintendi, Jackie Bradley Jr., Mookie Betts. ASTROS: George Springer, Josh Reddick, Tony Kemp, Jake Marisnick, Myles Straw. The rundown: This is one of the more lopsided categories we'll see in this series, at least based strictly on stats. The Red Sox boast the best all-around outfields led by Betts, who hit .346 with 47 doubles and 32 home runs while also committing just one error in the field. Benintendi and Bradley join him to form one of the most dynamic defensive outfields in the league. Springer led the Astros outfield group at .265 with 22 home runs and 26 doubles. Reddick is sure-handed. The Astros outfield doesn't make many mistakes, but the Sox' overall batting and fielding are just superior.
