ike modular homes, panelized houses take advantage of the benefits of building much of a home’s components inside a manufacturer’s facility. With modular construction, prefinished units are shipped to the site—with panelized construction, it’s the walls that are factorybuilt, sent to the site and put in place on the foundation there. On average, panelized systems can be erected and brought under roof in five to seven working days, once the materials have been delivered to the site.
