Calhoun Primary students bring the community into the classroom

Mr. Jim Lay from the Calhoun Rotary Club was one of the club members on hand reading to classes at Calhoun Primary on Friday morning. This is our third year to partner with Rotary for this program, and it has proven to be very successful. Students love having the guest readers and the community members have done a great job promoting the importance of literacy within the school and in the community. We are grateful for our friends at Rotary joining us each month, and we look forward to continuing this popular tradition for years to come.
