Morn­ing Pointe res­i­dents scream for Spooky Ice Cream So­cial

CAL­HOUN, Ga. -- Guests dared to travel the hal­lowed halls at Morn­ing Pointe of Cal­houn in search for ice cream. Vis­i­tors of all ages weren’t afraid to visit the se­niors at the as­sisted liv­ing and Alzheimer’s mem­ory care com­mu­nity, who greeted ev­ery­one with creepy ghost tales, treats and fun in­ter­gen­er­a­tional ac­tiv­i­ties.

Morn­ing Pointe res­i­dents and as­so­ciates en­joyed a Hal­loween cos­tume con­test won by Bruce Hark­wins, main­te­nance di­rec­tor, and par­tic­i­pated in the tra­di­tional trunk or treat for the lo­cal kids.

Morn­ing Pointe in­vites the com­mu­nity to cel­e­brate hol­i­days with the res­i­dents as part of the life en­rich­ment and Mean­ing­ful Day( tm) pro­grams.
