Form a 41/4 x 51/2-inch card from white cardstock.
Cut a 4 x 51/4-inch panel from watercolor paper.
Working in small sections, randomly stamp images onto panel; sprinkle on white embossing powder and heat-set. Repeat until panel is covered.
Referring to photo, use markers to apply small amount of ink onto panel in following order: lilac, light blue, pale green, lemon yellow, bright yellow and pink. Use paintbrush and water to blend ink. Let dry.
Die-cut panel with Stitched Rectangle die. Adhere to card.
Stamp flower and leaves onto watercolor paper; sprinkle on gold embossing powder and heat-set.
Color flower with pink and sugared almond pink markers; color leaves light green. Blend colors in the same manner as before. Let dry.
Cut out flower and leaves. Adhere to card with foam squares.
Stamp sentiment on white cardstock; sprinkle with gold embossing powder and heat-emboss. Cut out and adhere to card with foam squares.
