Form a 41/4 x 41/4-inch card from gray card­stock.

2. Use elec­tronic cut­ting ma­chine and file to cut flower and wreath lay­ers from var­i­ous col­ors of card­stock.

3. Cut a 3 x 7/8-inch strip of vel­lum. Ap­ply pow­der to vel­lum to help elim­i­nate static. Stamp sen­ti­ment onto vel­lum; sprin­kle on em­boss­ing pow­der and heat-set.

4. Use glue pen to ad­here vel­lum sen­ti­ment to back side of light brown wreath layer. Trim vel­lum edges evenly. 5. Assem­ble and ad­here flow­ers and wreath lay­ers to­gether. 6. Ad­here wreath to card with foam tape. 7. Ac­cent flow­ers with white gel pen.
