CardMaker - - All-Occasion Cards For Spring -

1. Form a 5 x 7-inch card from white card­stock. Set aside. 2. Stamp hy­drangea and sen­ti­ment onto white card­stock as shown. Use black pen to draw a hori­zon line.

3. Use wa­ter­brush and brush mark­ers to color de­sign. For a water­color look, ap­ply color from brush tip of marker to pal­ette; add wa­ter with wa­ter­brush, pick up color and ap­ply to de­sign. Let dry. 4. En­hance col­ors with col­ored pen­cils. 5. Use gel pens to color sen­ti­ment and add dots to flower cen­ters. 6. Trim im­age to 41/2 x 61/2 inches. Ad­here to black card­stock; trim a small bor­der. 7. Wrap rib­bon around panel; tie a bow and trim ends. 8. Ma­chine-stitch around im­age as shown. Ad­here panel to card. 9. Hand-write “AL­WAYS” on white card­stock; cut a rec­tan­gle around word; V-notch end. Punch hole through tag and tie onto bow with twine.
