Form a 31/4 x 51/4-inch card from watercolor paper.
Stamp sentiment onto card front using black ink. Note: To omit the word “happy” that is part of the original stamp design, place a piece of tape over the word. Ink stamp and remove tape before stamping image.
Cut a 23/4 x 4-inch piece from watercolor paper.
Die-cut cloud edge from watercolor panel, placing die 11/2 inches from top right corner and reserving both pieces.
Using photo as a guide, die-cut grass shape from bottom edge of die-cut cloud.
Ink grass shape green and sky section of watercolor panel blue. Adhere die-cut pieces to card front, intersecting layers as shown. 7.
Stamp girl image onto white cardstock; color with watercolor pencils, blending with paintbrush dipped in water. Die-cut around image using corresponding die. Adhere to card front.
Place 23/4 x 4-inch and 21/4 x 33/4inch Stitched Rectangle dies onto watercolor paper, nesting smaller die inside larger die; run through diecutting machine to create a frame.
Adhere die-cut frame to acetate; trim edges evenly. 10.
Die-cut confetti from desired cardstock colors; place confetti onto card front over inked panel.
Attach foam tape to back of frame, creating a border around frame opening. Attach to card front encasing confetti.
Die-cut two leaves from orange cardstock; ink edges brown. Adhere to card front as shown. ●
