Form a 51/2 x 41/4-inch card from white cardstock.
Cut a 51/2 x 41/4-inch piece of watercolor paper. Stamp bouquet onto panel; color image with markers and use paintbrush and water to blend colors as desired. Adhere to card front.
Cut a 12 x 41/4-inch piece of vellum; wrap around card front and crease folds.
Die-cut “blessing” from black foam. Stamp sentiments onto watercolor paper; cut into small strips as shown. Adhere all words to front center panel of vellum using liquid adhesive.
Adhere vellum wrap to card, applying adhesive behind die cut and sentiment strips; wrap ends inside card and adhere ends together.
Use adhesive dots to attach sequins to card front.
