Form a 51/2 x 41/4-inch card from white card­stock.

Cut a 51/2 x 41/4-inch piece of water­color pa­per. Stamp bou­quet onto panel; color im­age with mark­ers and use paint­brush and wa­ter to blend col­ors as de­sired. Ad­here to card front.

Cut a 12 x 41/4-inch piece of vel­lum; wrap around card front and crease folds.

Die-cut “bless­ing” from black foam. Stamp sen­ti­ments onto water­color pa­per; cut into small strips as shown. Ad­here all words to front cen­ter panel of vel­lum us­ing liq­uid ad­he­sive.

Ad­here vel­lum wrap to card, ap­ply­ing ad­he­sive be­hind die cut and sen­ti­ment strips; wrap ends in­side card and ad­here ends to­gether.

Use ad­he­sive dots to at­tach se­quins to card front.
