Form a 41/4 x 51/2-inch card from taupe cardstock.
Cut a 37/8 x 51/2-inch panel from watercolor paper.
Spritz panel with water. Dab blue ink onto an acrylic block to use as a watercolor palette; pick up color with brush and create sky on panel.
Stamp flowers onto wet panel with light red ink; stamp leaves with light green ink. Let dry.
Stamp flowers again using darker inks, blending color with brush and water. Once dry, stamp outer petal layer with dark red ink and blend in the same manner.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 to color leaves with green inks.
Stamp sentiment onto black cardstock with watermark ink; sprinkle embossing powder over sentiment and heat-set. Cut out. Adhere panel to card front as shown; adhere sentiment to card with foam tape.
