Form a 41/4 x 51/2-inch card from white card­stock. Cut a 41/4 x 51/2-inch piece of pur­ple pat­terned pa­per and ad­here to card front.

Use largest Stitched Rect­an­gle die to cut a panel from wa­ter­color pa­per. Re­fer­ring to photo, po­si­tion 11/2-inch, 13/4-inch and 2-inch cir­cle dies on panel; se­cure with washi tape and run through die-cut­ting ma­chine.

Cut a sec­ond panel from wa­ter­color pa­per that mea­sures the same size as die-cut panel. Do not cut cir­cles from this panel.

Re­fer­ring to photo, use cir­cle open­ings on die-cut panel to help deter­mine place­ment of stamped images on solid panel; stamp images. Color images with mark­ers; blend with wa­ter and paint­brush. Let dry.

Color mark­ers onto craft mat; add a small amount of wa­ter and use paint­brush to splat­ter ink onto die-cut panel. Let dry. Use ad­he­sive dots to ad­here se­quins to diecut panel.

Ad­here die-cut panel to stamped panel with foam tape. Ad­here as­sem­bled panel to card with dou­ble-sided tape.
