1. Form a 51/2 x 41/4-inch card from white cardstock. Cut a 51/2 x 41/4-inch piece of glitter paper; adhere to card front. 2. Cut a 51/4 x 4-inch piece of watercolor paper; center and adhere to card front.
3. Cut a 5 x 33/4-inch piece of watercolor paper. Working on craft mat, use painter’s tape to secure stencil over watercolor panel. Use spatula to spread transfer gel over design. Scrape away excess gel; remove stencil. Set aside to dry for 30–45 minutes. Clean stencil immediately.
4. Cut a piece of foil transfer sheet to cover watercolor panel. Follow manufacturer’s instructions and place foil over design, silver side down, and run through hot laminator (Photo 1). Once cool, peel away foil (Photo 2). 5. Trim along left edge of leaves as shown and adhere panel to card with tape. 6. Die-cut sentiment from glitter paper; use adhesive pen to adhere word to card. •
