1. Form a 51/2 x 41/4-inch card from white card­stock. Cut a 51/2 x 41/4-inch piece of glit­ter pa­per; ad­here to card front. 2. Cut a 51/4 x 4-inch piece of wa­ter­color pa­per; cen­ter and ad­here to card front.

3. Cut a 5 x 33/4-inch piece of wa­ter­color pa­per. Work­ing on craft mat, use painter’s tape to se­cure sten­cil over wa­ter­color panel. Use spat­ula to spread trans­fer gel over de­sign. Scrape away ex­cess gel; re­move sten­cil. Set aside to dry for 30–45 min­utes. Clean sten­cil im­me­di­ately.

4. Cut a piece of foil trans­fer sheet to cover wa­ter­color panel. Fol­low man­u­fac­turer’s in­struc­tions and place foil over de­sign, sil­ver side down, and run through hot lam­i­na­tor (Photo 1). Once cool, peel away foil (Photo 2). 5. Trim along left edge of leaves as shown and ad­here panel to card with tape. 6. Die-cut sen­ti­ment from glit­ter pa­per; use ad­he­sive pen to ad­here word to card. •
