EDITOR'S NOTE

CardMaker - - News -

Since the launch of CardMaker magazine in 2005, The Last Word has been an ongoing favorite feature in every issue and is the inspiration for this special publication. What started out as the final single-page feature in our magazine quickly grew to encompass two pages in every issue to better meet the needs and requests of our readers. These pages of quotes, phrases and sentiments have provided ideal words to be used as a focal point on the front of the card or as the perfect finishing touch on the inside. Over the years, my own fondness for quotes has continued to grow to the point that I have actually started my own collection of them. I love the quotes that make me laugh, and the ones that occasionally tug at my heart, but my favorites by far are the ones that make me sit back and ponder their deeper meaning. Whether the quotes are words that have been handed down through generations or spoken by men and women of our time, I find each one a little treasure to be stored away for use inside a handmade card. Until next time,
