Poinsettia Merry Christmas,

1. Form a 4¼ x 5½-inch card from white cardstock. 2. Cut a 4¼ x 5½-inch piece of pink or light green cardstock; adhere to card. 3. Die-cut a 4¼ x 5½-inch stitched frame from red or dark green cardstock; adhere to card.
4. Stamp poinsettia image onto watercolor paper with watermark ink; sprinkle embossing powder over image and heat-set. Repeat five more times for a total of six poinsettias. 5. Hand-cut each layer of poinsettia. As you cut, each layer will cut off the next section of the stamped image.
6. Use markers to add color to inner center parts of petals alternating between light pink and red or yellow green and dark green. Blend color outward with waterbrush. Note: For red card, use gold gel pen to color center of poinsettia. 7. Use foam squares to adhere poinsettia layers together. 8. Stamp sentiment at bottom of card with watermark ink. Sprinkle embossing powder over words and heat-set. 9. Use double-sided tape to adhere poinsettia to card.
