1. Form a 4¼ x 5½-inch card from white card­stock. 2. Cut a 4¼ x 5½-inch piece of pink or light green card­stock; ad­here to card. 3. Die-cut a 4¼ x 5½-inch stitched frame from red or dark green card­stock; ad­here to card.

4. Stamp poin­set­tia im­age onto wa­ter­color pa­per with wa­ter­mark ink; sprin­kle em­boss­ing pow­der over im­age and heat-set. Re­peat five more times for a to­tal of six poin­set­tias. 5. Hand-cut each layer of poin­set­tia. As you cut, each layer will cut off the next sec­tion of the stamped im­age.

6. Use mark­ers to add color to in­ner cen­ter parts of petals al­ter­nat­ing be­tween light pink and red or yel­low green and dark green. Blend color out­ward with wa­ter­brush. Note: For red card, use gold gel pen to color cen­ter of poin­set­tia. 7. Use foam squares to ad­here poin­set­tia lay­ers to­gether. 8. Stamp sen­ti­ment at bot­tom of card with wa­ter­mark ink. Sprin­kle em­boss­ing pow­der over words and heat-set. 9. Use dou­ble-sided tape to ad­here poin­set­tia to card.
