Light of Christmas
Cardstock: kraft, red Patterned papers: Momenta Art-C (Tea-Stained); green Stamps: Penny Black (Cones & Berries, Nature’s Gifts); Hobby Lobby Stampabilities (Merry Christmas Chalk) Ink pads: Ranger dye (ground espresso); Clearsnap chalk (warm red, chive) General Pencil Co. canary yellow pastel chalk pencil Sponge dauber Adhesive dots
1. Form a 5½ x 5½-inch card from kraft cardstock. Note: For green card, cut a 5 ½½x5 - inch square from tea-stained paper and adhere to card front.
2. Cut a 4 x 4-inch square from kraft cardstock. In upper third of square, use chalk pencil to scribble color where lamp will be stamped. Use finger in a circular motion to smudge colored area.
3. Stamp lamp image and pine branches onto square as shown with brown ink. Sponge brown ink along edges. 4. Use red or green ink to stamp sentiment. 5. Cut a 43⁄8 x 43⁄8-inch square from red cardstock or green patterned paper. 6. Layer and adhere both squares to card at an angle as shown.
