1. Form a 51/2 x 41/4-inch card from white card­stock. Us­ing Large Stitched Rec­tan­gle die, cut a 51/2 x 41/4-inch panel from white card­stock; ad­here to card front. 2. Us­ing Stitched Rect­an­gles die, cut a 51/8 x 37/8-inch panel from white card­stock. Stamp sen­ti­ment and snowflakes on rec­tan­gle with wa­ter­mark ink. 3. Sprin­kle em­boss­ing pow­der over all im­ages and heat-set.

4. Work­ing from cen­ter out­ward, use sten­cil brush to ap­ply Dis­tress ink onto rec­tan­gle cre­at­ing a soft blended area. Care­fully wipe em­bossed area clean with pa­per towel. Spritz with wa­ter and dab off ex­cess. 5. Mix your choice of wa­ter­color paint with wa­ter and tap off flecks of color onto rec­tan­gle. Note: On sam­ple cards, red gold was used on red card, cham­pagne gold was used on green card and white gold was used on blue card. 6. In the same man­ner, add flecks of white ink onto rect­an­gles if de­sired. Let dry. 7. Ad­here fin­ished rec­tan­gle to card front with foam tape.
