Write things down.

Let oth­ers help you. Pri­or­i­tize your to do list. Re­duce work time if you have to.

Ex­er­cise your brain, do word puzzles, learn some­thing new.

Get 15-30 min­utes of light ex­er­cise each day.

Get plenty of rest, in­clud­ing at least 8 hours a night, plus naps.

Drink 8 cups of wa­ter each day and have 5 or 6 small meals or snacks.

Eat lots of fresh fruits, veg­eta­bles and healthy pro­tein and limit pro­cessed food.

Give your­self per­mis­sion to fo­cus on one thing at a time.

Con­sider re­lax­ation tech­niques such as med­i­ta­tion.
