Re­frig­er­a­tor Straw­berry Pre­serves

Easy to make and con­tains no added sugar other than what is in the fruit (also makes for a great cold pie fill­ing). 1 1/3 cup straw­ber­ries 2/3 cup rhubarb (chopped) 2 ta­ble­spoons raw honey 2 ta­ble­spoons of chia seeds (buy them on­line if you can't find them in a store)

Cut tops off straw­ber­ries. Take tops of rhubarb and chop stalks into chunks.

Put all in­gre­di­ents into a blender, blend on high un­til you have a smooth con­sis­tency. Re­frig­er­ate overnight be­fore serv­ing.

If us­ing in a pie, bake pie crust, add blended in­gre­di­ents, chill and serve with whipped cream top­ping.
