— Gary Pleasan­ton, 59, of War­wick, MD, passed away Fri­day af­ter­noon, March 25, 2016 at Heart­land Hos­pice Home. He was born on Dec. 5, 1956 and grad­u­ated from Bo­hemia Manor High school in 1974. As a young man, he worked for Amer­i­can Build­ing Sys­tems as an iron­worker. He loved his job no mat­ter how high in the air the build­ing was. He quickly ad­vanced through the com­pany, be­com­ing a fore­man and then even­tu­ally a su­per­in­ten­dent. Gary was a part of hun­dreds of steel build­ings con­structed all over the east coast. He was also a pro­fes­sional crane op­er­a­tor. In 1994 he joined his brother, Patrick’s con­struc­tion com­pany. He was an in­te­gral part of the suc­cess of the com­pany, work­ing nearly ev­ery day from the day he joined the com­pany un­til his death.
