Ty Se­gure Elk­ton, Jr., PG, 5-6 Tal­ented ju­nior who trans­ferred to Elk­ton prior to start of sea­son … quick floor gen­eral with ex­cel­lent ball han­dling … led Golden Elks with 17.8 points per game … able to drive to bas­ket or shoot from 3 … un­selfish player, led team with 3.7 as­sists per game … keyed Elk­ton’s re­lent­less full­court press, av­er­ag­ing more than five steals per game and grabbed 3.9 re­bounds per game … led Elks to Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion ti­tle and re­gional fi­nal berth … first-team All-Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion.

Vanessa Dunn Elk­ton, So., G, 5-6 Bounced back from sea­so­nend­ing knee in­jury that short­ened phe­nom­e­nal fresh­man cam­paign … ac­cu­rate 3-point shooter ... av- er­aged 15.6 points per game … recorded 3.4 re­bounds, 2.8 as­sists and three steals per con­test … formed county’s top back­court with Ty Se­gure … helped Elk­ton to turn­around sea­son, win­ning 20 more games than pre­vi­ous year … first-team All-Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion … back-to-back All-County Se­lec­tion.

Jew­els Jones Per­ryville, Sr., G, 5-9 Se­nior shoot­ing guard who filled in at point guard for ma­jor­ity of sea­son … made per­sonal sac­ri­fice for bet­ter­ment of team … led Pan­thers with 9.4 points and 3.2 as­sists per game … helped Per­ryville to sec­ond seed and firstround home game in 1A North Re­gion Sec­tion I Tour­na­ment … 2014 hon­or­able men­tion se­lec­tion.

Abby Mack Ris­ing Sun, Jr., F, 5-9 Ju­nior who emerged as dom­i­nant force in the post … Tigers’ lead­ing scorer with 11.8 points per game … led team in re­bounds (9.5) and blocks (7.2) … ma­jor fac­tor in all of Ris­ing Sun’s wins … Tigers lost each game she missed with in­jury … first-team All-Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion … 2015 hon­or­able men­tion se­lec­tion.

De­laney Mi­dash Bo­hemia Manor, So., F, 5-10 Dom­i­nant low-post pres­ence … sopho­more who av­er­aged dou­ble­dou­ble for the sea­son … scored 12.7 points and team-high 11.4 re­bounds per game … teamed with point guard Kayla Thomp­son to form dy­namic high-low combo … sec­ond-team All-Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion … back-to back All-County se­lec­tion.

Kayla Thomp­son Bo­hemia Manor, So., PG, 5-5

Sopho­more point guard and floor gen­eral for Ea­gles’ of­fense … scored 15.2 points per game de­spite be­ing fo­cal point of most op­pos­ing de­fenses … crafty ball han­dler and flashy passer … av­er­aged 4.6 as­sists and 3.8 steals per game … earned Ath­lete of the Week for scor­ing 28 points vs. Per­ryville and 31 points against Joppatowne on con­sec­u­tive days, Feb. 4 and 5, re­spec­tively … first-team All Susque­hanna Di­vi­sion … back-to­back All-County se­lec­tion.
