Help the bookmobile This Wed­nes­day is Na­tional Bookmobile Day, part of Na­tional Li­brary Week. To cel­e­brate, the Friends of Ce­cil County Pub­lic Li­brary are host­ing a give back night at Chili’s in Elk­ton. Brush up your Shake­speare Tom Stop­pard’s Tony Award-win­ning play “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead” is a hi­lar­i­ous and en­ter­tain­ing poke at Shake­spearean come­dies and ab­sur­dist plays.
