North East de­feated vis­it­ing Bo­hemia Manor 16-6 in Susque­hanna Divi­sion girls’ lacrosse ac­tion on Fri­day.

Bri­anna Christie led the In­di­ans (6-5 over­all, 2-3 divi­sion) with six goals and an as­sist, Amy O’Dell and Mackensie Kilby each recorded hat tricks and Mal­lory Sharp­less scored one goal and had two as­sists, while Ha­ley Short and Hanna Je­zon­vik each scored once and Maria Sham­blin added an as­sist.

UCBAC Boys’ Lacrosse Tigers shut out Ea­gles

Ris­ing Sun de­feated vis­it­ing Aberdeen 17-0 in Susque­hanna Divi­sion boys’ lacrosse ac­tion on Fri­day.

Brad Alexander recorded six goals and two as­sists and Con­nor Burkhardt had three goals and five as­sists to lead the Tigers (9-1 over­all, 5-0 divi­sion). Ryan Yashin­skie scored twice and Wy­att Grif­fith and Ethan Greene each recorded a goal and an as­sist apiece.

The Ea­gles fall to 2-8 over­all and 2-3 in the lower divi­sion.

In­di­ans take down Huskies

North East de­feated vis­it­ing Pat­ter­son Mill 6-4 in Ch­e­sa­peake Divi­sion boys’ lacrosse ac­tion on Fri­day.

Braden Buegel scored twice for the In­di­ans (4-5 over­all, 1-3 divi­sion). Paul Simp­son, Alec Bor­den, Tan­ner Moretz and Gun­nar Reynolds all scored once, while Alex Miller made 15 saves in net.

The Huskies fall to 2-7 over­all and 0-4 in the up­per divi­sion.

Ea­gles earn first win

Bo­hemia Manor de­feated host Jop­pa­towne 9-8 in Susque­hanna Divi­sion boys’ lacrosse ac­tion on Fri­day.

The Ea­gles im­prove to 1-7 over­all and 1-4 in the Susque­hanna.

The Mariners drop to 3-4 over­all and 2-3 in the lower divi­sion.

Elks dom­i­nate Rams

Elk­ton de­feated host Edge­wood 20-1 in Susque­hanna Divi­sion boys’ lacrosse ac­tion on Fri­day.

The Golden Elks im­prove to 4-3 over­all and 3-2 in the Susque­hanna.

The Rams fall to 0-8 over­all and 0-5 in the lower divi­sion.

UCBAC Soft­ball In­di­ans win blowout

North East de­feated host Jop­pa­towne 23-1 in Susque­hanna Divi­sion soft­ball ac­tion on Fri­day.

Jess Cho­plin­sky went 3-5 with a dou­ble, three runs scored and four RBIs and Olivia Martin fin­ished 3-5 with a triple, a dou­ble, three runs scored and four RBIs for the In­di­ans (10-2 over­all, 10-0 divi­sion), who re­ceived three hits from Emily Jones (three runs) and two hits and three runs each from Molly Dill (two RBIs) and Kasey Bar­row.

Mor­gan Sar­gent ended with a sin­gle, two runs scored and two RBIs, while Rachel Ward added a dou­ble and a run scored in the vic­tory.

The Mariners fall to 1-11 over­all and 0-11 in the lower divi­sion.

Ea­gles earn win

Bo­hemia Manor topped host Delaware Mil­i­tary Academy 13-8 in non-con­fer­ence soft­ball ac­tion on Fri­day.

Tay­lor Ab­sha­gen threw a com­plete game, giv­ing up eight runs on eight hits and four walks with six strike­outs for the Ea­gles (10-3), who re­ceived three hits from both Zoe Lockwood (dou­ble, two RBIs, two runs) and Rachel Jones (run, RBI) and two hits each Ab­sha­gen (three runs, RBI) and Anna Tid­aback (three runs, RBI).

Mor­gan Mullin (RBI), Me­gan Horsey (two RBIs, dou­ble, run), Kayla McNeal (run) and Aubrey Heath (run) all had one hit in the vic­tory.

Pri­vate School Girls’ Soc­cer Cru­saders pick up win

Tri-State Chris­tian de­feated Ben­salem Bap­tist (Pa.) 6-1 in pri­vate school girls’ soc­cer ac­tion on Fri­day.

Lilly Planck (as­sist), Holly Van Vorhis, Caro­line Ford and Sa­van­nah An­der­son all scored twice, while Cal­lie Jones (two as­sists) Emma Rhoda (as­sist) and Sarah Polud­niak (as­sist) all added helpers for the Cru­saders (2-3-1 over­all, 1-1 MIL), who led 3-0 at half­time.
