Take art out­doors Fair Hill Nat­u­ral Re­sources Man­age­ment Area will host Art in the Park in se­lect lo­ca­tions from dusk to dawn this Mon­day through Thurs­day and May 9-12. On these days, artists may drive to se­lect scenic re­stricted ar­eas through­out the park and cre­ate.

The pro­gram is free, but park­ing fees of $3 for in-state and $5 for out-of-state ve­hi­cles will be in ef­fect. Reg­is­tra­tion and daily check-in is also re­quired. For more in­for­ma­tion, call the park of­fice at 410-398-1246 or email les­ley.leader@ mary­land.gov. There will be a ranger-led lo­ca­tion preview at 10 a.m. on Mon­day start­ing from the N. Ap­ple­ton Road Lot.

Cel­e­brate the Woman’s Club The an­nual birth­day lun­cheon for the Woman’s Club, a Ce­cil County or­ga­ni­za­tion for more than 100 years, is this Wed­nes­day at The Gra­nary. All women are in­vited to at­tend. Tick­ets are $24 per per­son and in­clude an en­tree and non-al­co­holic bev­er­age. If you are in­ter­ested in at­tend­ing, call 410-398-9598.

Ex­press your­self The an­nual “Ex­pres­sions of Heal­ing” gallery show from Up­per Bay Coun­sel­ing & Sup­port Ser­vices re­turns to the Ce­cil County Arts Coun­cil on Main Street in Elkton for this First Fri­day. The ex­hibit in­cludes works by those who par­tic­i­pate with Up­per Bay Coun­sel­ing as a cel­e­bra­tion of May as Men­tal Health Aware­ness Month. There will be a free, fam­ily-friendly gallery open­ing cel­e­bra­tion from 4 to 6 p.m. on Fri­day. Live en­ter­tain­ment and re­fresh­ments will be avail­able.

Treat mom to the the­ater Ce­cil Dance Theatre per­forms “Cin­derella” at the Mil­burn Stone Theatre in North East at 3 p.m. on Satur­day and Sun­day in cel­e­bra­tion of Mother’s Day. This will re­ally be an event for the whole fam­ily. All moms who at­tend will re­ceive a gift bag filled with treats and coupons val­ued at over $300. And all chil­dren will be able to join cast mem­bers on­stage 15 min­utes prior to each per­for­mance for a dance party.
