— Everything that makes up the annual Scottish Games – from pipers to dancers and haggis – was there Saturday. So was the rain. However, that didn’t keep away the throngs of people that came to the cultural and athletic event on the grounds of the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area. Officially called the Annual Colonial Highland Gathering, the Fair Hill event marked its 56th year on Saturday.
