De­bra K. Miller, age 59, of Wilm­ing­ton, DE, passed away peace­fully on Satur­day, May 21, 2016.

Born in Bud, WV on July 22, 1956, De­bra was a daugh­ter of the late Wal­ter and Cather­ine (Mills) Size­more.

De­bra loved cook­ing and was amaz­ing at it. Her leg­endary meals in­cluded her fa­mous crab cakes, shrimp salad and her mouth­wa­ter­ing soups. Known for her friendly and kind dis­po­si­tion, De­bra had the unique abil­ity to make any­one feel at ease. She was an in­cred­i­ble mother and Grammy and her love and de­vo­tion to her fam­ily was a trib­ute to the beauty of her heart and soul. De­bra’s in­spir­ing pres­ence will be deeply missed by all who had the priv­i­lege of know­ing her.

She bat­tled the hor­ri­ble dis­ease of cancer with strength and brav­ery know­ing all the while she would be re­united with her son, J.R. who passed away to be with the Lord nine years ago. De­bra was also pre­ceded in death by her par­ents; beloved hus­band, Roy D. Miller; sis­ter, Karen Scarabourgh; and brother, Tommy Size­more. She is sur­vived by her daugh­ter, Amy Parker and her hus­band, John of Wilm­ing­ton, DE; brother, Ricky Size­more of North East, MD; and grand­chil­dren, Bai­ley, Tay­lor and McKen­zie Parker.

A pri­vate memo­rial ser­vice will be held by her daugh­ter at a later time.
