Top-of-the-or­der bat­ter who led the Ea­gles with a .391 bat­ting av­er­age … ended the sea­son with a county-high 24 runs scored to go along with 25 hits and seven RBI … pro­duced six ex­tra-base hits, in­clud­ing a triple in a one-run loss to Ch­e­sa­peake Divi­sion cham­pion Pat­ter­son Mill in the 1A North Re­gion Sec­tion I Fi­nal … showed keen bat­ting eye, draw­ing 10 walks and strik­ing out only four times in 76 plate ap­pear­ances … on the mound, pro­duced a county-low 1.05 ERA with a 5-0 record and 36 strike­outs in 33 1-3 in­nings … earned the win on the mound dur­ing his team’s vic­tory over Per­ryville in sec­tion semi­fi­nals … strong de­fen­sive short­stop … first-team Al­lSusque­hanna Divi­sion … 2015 honor­able men­tion selec­tion.

Mike Mo­ran Elk­ton, Sr., P Dom­i­nant starter who tal­lied a 4-2 record with a stel­lar 1.48 ERA in 10 games against mostly Ch­e­sa­peake Divi­sion foes … recorded 30 strike­outs in 42 2-3 in­nings … at the plate, hit .275 with one triple, one dou­ble and eight RBI … sec­ond-team All-Ch­e­sa­peake Divi­sion … 2015 honor­able men­tion selec­tion.

Gage Walk­lett Bo­hemia Manor, Jr., IF

Strong hit­ter who ended year with im­pres­sive .377 bat­ting av­er­age ... drove in 17 runs, scored 16 runs and tal­lied 23 hits at the dish … added four dou­bles and 10 walks … first-team All-Susquehanna Divi­sion.

Solomon Har­ris Elk­ton, Sr., OF In­tel­li­gent and pas­sion­ate player who dis­played strong skills both at the plate and in the field … ended year hit­ting .357 … recorded 20 hits with five dou­bles and two triples … added seven RBI and 13 runs scored … ended with .517 slug­ging per­cent­age … 2015 honor­able men­tion selec­tion.

Noah Juer­gens Ris­ing Sun, Sr., OF Se­nior leader who proved ca­pa­ble in the out­field and dom­i­nant on the mound … from the rub­ber, ended with a 3-2 record, a 1.96 ERA and 25 strike­outs in 25 in­nings … threw a fivein­ning no-hit­ter in a win over Per­ryville on March 24.

Jack Ste­wart Ris­ing Sun, Sr., OF Se­nior leader for the Tigers … led Ce­cil County with .412 bat­ting av­er­age … fin­ished with 17 runs scored … ended year with 21 hits, in­clud­ing three dou­bles … con­nected for a grand slam in team’s 14-3, five-in­ning win over vis­it­ing C.M. Wright on April 6 … back-to-back All-County selec­tion.

Kody Brown Perr yville, Sr., UTL Led the Pan­thers with a .390 bat­ting av­er­age … drove in 11 runs on 23 hits with five triples, one dou­ble and one home run … also scored 22 runs … on the mound, ended year 4-3 with a 2.79 ERA and 22 strike­outs in 37 2-3 in­nings … 2014 All-County selec­tion.
