Becky departed this life on Monday, July 25, 2016, surrounded by those who loved her dearly. She was born at Bainbridge Nava l Hospital on May 7, 1965, the daughter of William H. and Gloria Maners Harris.
Becky grew up in Elkton, MD, attending Immaculate Conception and Elkton High schools. She was a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College and the University of Delaware, where she earned a graphics design and production certificate. Becky was employed as a secretary and graphic arts specialist at Zeneca Pharmaceutical, Newark, DE, and PCI, Pennsauken, NJ. She most recently worked for Liberty Tax Services, Oxford, PA, and Robert S. Swanson Company, Kennett Square, PA. A music enthusiast, she enjoyed attending concerts and appreciated art of all kinds. Becky loved animals and attending Ravens and Orioles games.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, William Harris; and her aunt and uncle, Elaine and Lloyd Maners.
Becky is survived by those who will never cease to love her, daughter, Rachel Harris, Newark, DE; mother and step-father, Gloria and Carl York, Elkton, MD; sister, Pamela Parks (Hugo), Washington, DC; brother, Carl Harris (Dawn), Nashville, TN; aunt, Mary Ann Bryan (Willard), Elkton, MD; niece, Amanda Parks, Newark, DE, who was her loyal and loving caregiver and with whom she lived; and numerous cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2016, at Immaculate Conception Church, 454 Bow Street, Elkton, MD, where visitation will be held in the church chapel from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Interment in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD, will be private.

A viewing will be held at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD on Thursday, July 28th from 6-8 p.m. Visitation will be held at Gateway Baptist Church, 58 Foxy Ct., Rising Sun, MD on Friday, July 29 at 10 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m. A military burial will follow at West Nottingham Cemetery.
