Pamela Marie War­nick, age 49 of Ris­ing Sun, MD passed away on Au­gust 18, 2016. She was born on Oc­to­ber 7, 1966 in Bal­ti­more, MD to Frank Crites and the late, Rose (Smith) Schaf­fer.

Pamela’s en­tire life was ded­i­cated to her lov­ing fam­ily. She cher­ished par­ties, hol­i­days, sport­ing events, and trips with her fam­ily and friends. She also en­joyed cook outs and eat­ing crabs with their com­pany. She was al­ways prank­ing and jok­ing with oth­ers and many viewed her as the life of the party. She loved chil­dren and would spend some of her time at Ce­cil County Pub­lic Schools as a sub­sti­tute teacher. Pamela en­joyed the out­doors in­clud­ing the beach and the moun­tains. Her and her fam­ily would fre­quently visit their home in Deep Creek Lake.

Pamela is sur­vived by her lov­ing hus­band, Harry War­nick of Ris­ing Sun, MD; daugh­ters: Ericka Steppe and her hus­band, Jesse of Elk­ton, MD and Kristina But­ton and her hus­band, Travis of Elk­ton, MD; son, Hunter War­nick of Ris­ing Sun, MD; grand­chil­dren: Jesse Steppe, Kris­tiana But­ton, Bray­den But­ton, Makayla Steppe, Levi But­ton, and a baby But­ton on the way; sis­ter, Cathy Clas­ing and her hus­band, Rick of Bal­ti­more, MD; god­daugh­ter, Jen­nifer Reynolds; great-niece, Alaina Rose; and many nieces and neph­ews.

A cel­e­bra­tion of Pamela’s life will be held on Fri­day, Au­gust 26, 2016 at 11:00AM at Pleas­ant View Bap­tist Church, 150 Downin Lane, Port De­posit, MD 21904. A visi­ta­tion will be held on Thurs­day, Au­gust 25, 2016 from 6:00-8:00PM as well as Fri­day, Au­gust 26, 2016 at 10:00AM at Pleas­ant View Bap­tist Church where friends and fam­ily are wel­comed to at­tend. Burial will take place 11:00AM on Satur­day, Au­gust 27, 2016, at Holly Hill Me­mo­rial Gar­dens, 10201 Bird River Road, Bal­ti­more, MD 21220. Fam­ily and friends may meet at R.T. Foard Fu­neral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen Street, Ris­ing Sun, MD 21911 at 9:30AM where we will then leave in pro­ces­sion to the ceme­tery.
