Myr­tice Lu­cille Tucker, of Port De­posit, MD, passed away on Septem­ber 23, 2016. She was 66.

She was born in Waco, TX, to the late Charles and Sarah Howell. She was the de­voted wife of the late Paul Franklin Tucker Sr.; lov­ing mother of Paul Franklin Tucker Jr. and his wife Su­san of Charlestown, MD; Charles Ed­ward Tucker Sr. and his wife Jen­nifer, of Port De­posit, MD; and An­thony “Tony” James Tucker and his wife Ash­ley, of North East, MD; and Dud­ley Christ­ley of Per­ryville, MD. She was the adored grand­mother of Sum­mer L. Tucker; Charles “C.J.” Ed­ward Tucker Jr.; Corey Christ­ley; Morgan Christ­ley; Grant Tucker; Me­gan Tucker; Alex Tucker; Abi­gale Tucker; Lyle Harry; Jac­que­line Copeland; Noah Christ­ley; and the late Ash­ley Ni­cole Tucker; and great­grand­mother of Ada­lynn Ni­cole Tucker. Mrs. Tucker was the dear sis­ter of Deb­o­rah Tul­lier; Charles Howell; James “Peanut” Howell; Al­fred “Boney” Howell; and the late Wil­liam”Billy” Howell; Daniel “Danny” Howell; Sarah Mar­garet Howell; and Jenny Mckey. She was also sur­vived by her fi­ance of eight years, Dave Ben­ning­ton; daugh­ter-in-law Deiana Christ­ley; and sev­eral nieces and neph­ews.

Mrs. Tucker was a life mem­ber of Bro­ken Spoke Fam­ily As­so­ci­a­tion. She en­joyed fish­ing and cook­ing. She loved tak­ing care of her fam­ily and friends. Her fam­ily will host a Cel­e­bra­tion of Life. You may con­tact them for de­tails.
