“All the money paid for the vendor spots goes back into the event,” Marion said. “Ev- erything is free except for the the table vendors and the food for sale.”
Marion also rounded up support from local businesses and partnered with Janes United Methodist Church for two of the biggest events inside Fall Spooktacular.
“Janes is hosting the costume contest at 2:30,” Marion said. Those wishing to participate need to be at the stage across from Rising Sun Town Hall at that time.
After that, the hayrides begin, taking trick-or-treaters from Center Square to Janes United Methodist Church for Trunk-or-Treat.
