Thomas Call­away Kilby Sr. died Sun­day, Oc­to­ber 23, 2016 at Ware Pres­by­te­rian Vil­lage in Ox­ford, PA. He was 81. Born in Peach Bot­tom, PA, he was the son of the late Roscoe and Eula Mae (Blevins) Kilby.

Mr. Kilby was the owner and op­er­a­tor of Kilby Elec­tric in Conowingo and he was a mem­ber of the Sons of the Amer­i­can Le­gion Post 194 (Ris­ing Sun).

He is sur­vived by his wife, Shirley (Hon­aker) Kilby; sons: Tom C. Kilby Jr. of Conowingo; Tim S. Kilby Sr. and wife Ken­dra; Sam B. Kilby and his wife Amy, of Ris­ing Sun; daugh­ters: Linda G. Townsend and hus­band Leroy of Har­ris­burg, NC; Jen­nie L. Kilby of Port De­posit; brother, Bill Kilby and wife Bereta of Aberdeen; nieces: Donya, Drinda and Su­san; neph­ews: Lee, James, Wil­liam and John; grand­chil­dren: Wil­liam, Zachary, Amanda, Cameron, Ja­cob, Josh, Emily, Mar­lee and T.J.; and three great grand­chil­dren: Madi­son, Bren­nen and Evie.

A me­mo­rial ser­vice will be held at the Tar­ring-Cargo Fu­neral Home on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 29 at 2 p.m. where a visi­ta­tion will con­tinue un­til 4 p.m.
