Con­trary to the in­tent of the Found­ing Fa­thers, the Supreme Court no longer just in­ter­prets laws but it also cre­ates laws. The Demo­cratic Party al­ready has plans to im­ple­ment their pro­gres­sive agenda through the fed­eral courts. The next pres­i­dent will ap­point at least one and likely three jus­tices, so a Hil­lary win would as­sure the Democrats can freely im­ple­ment their plan to give the lib­eral wing of the court to­tal con­trol.
