MST lands record number of BroadwayWorld award nominations
— Milburn Stone Theatre has received its mostever nominations for the 2016 BroadwayWorld Baltimore Awards.
That number came to 61 this time around — in the categories of Best Acting Ensemble;
Best Actor in a musical; Best Actor in a Play; Best Actress in a Musical; Best Actress in a Play; Best Theater; Best Choreography; Best Costume Design; Best Direction of a Play or Musical; Best Lighting Design; Best New Play or Musical; and Best Scenic Design.
The awards system, which operates on a basis of online voting, showed a number of Milburn Stone nominees in the top- three as of Friday afternoon.
