Jane Lynch (“Hol­ly­wood Game Night”) hosts this re­boot of a Bri­tish game show that aired pre­vi­ously on this net­work from 2001-02, hosted by tart Bri­tish TV per­son­al­ity Anne Robin­son. In each episode, eight con­tes­tants work as a team to an­swer gen­eral-knowl­edge ques­tions, with the value of each con­sec­u­tive cor­rect an­swer in­creas­ing ex­po­nen­tially. If a player gives a wrong an­swer, though, the money awarded drops back to the low­est amount. At the end of each round, the team votes to eject the player they see as their “weak­est link.”

Chris Wal­lace of Fox News mod­er­ates the first of three de­bates be­tween Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump and his Demo­cratic chal­lenger, Joe Bi­den, from the Health Ed­u­ca­tion Cam­pus (HEC) Sam­son Pavil­ion at Case Western Re­serve Uni­ver­sity in Cleve­land. As Hannah (Da­nia Ramirez) tries to free Gabe (Davi San­tos), she takes the fight to Ka­t­rina (guest star Becki New­ton), cul­mi­nat­ing in a show­down in the sea­son fi­nale “Chap­ter 10: For­give­ness.” Kayla (Danielle Camp­bell) sev­ers con­tact with her father (Sam Jaeger) and the po­lice as she tries to save Colleen (Kim Cat­trall), all too aware that the thor­oughly un­hinged Nick (Billy Mag­nussen) is ca­pa­ble of do­ing just about any­thing. Else­where, Jor­dan (James Wolk) reaches the end of his rope with Sam (Do­rian Cross­mond Mis­sick).

Sea­son 21 opens on the end of an era, as Amy pre­pares to bid farewell to Roloff Farms for good, but while she’s mov­ing off the prop­erty, she still co-owns part of it with Matt, who is ea­ger to set­tle that le­gal is­sue in the sea­son premiere, “To Sell or Not to Sell.”
