EnVaGe Con­cert Satur­day

For the sec­ond per­for­mance in the Fes­ti­val of African-Amer­i­can Con­cert Mu­sic & Po­etry, EnVaGe will present a mixed- me­dia con­cert with read­ings from poet Earl Braggs and the win­ners of a po­etry con­test for area high-school stu­dents.

The con­cert is set for 7: 30 p. m. on Satur­day, Feb. 10, in the Univer­sity of Ten­nessee at Chat­tanooga’s Fine Arts Cen­ter, 752 Vine St. Tick­ets are $ 15 adults, $ 12 se­nior adults and $ 10 stu­dents.

EnVaGe — whose name is de­rived from Ensem­ble of Vari­able Ge­om­e­try — is the duo of UTC pro­fes­sor and clar­inetist Dr. Niko­lasa Te­jero and Univer­sity of the South con­duc­tor Dr. Ce­sar Real.
