‘Festive Music for Early Brass & Voices’
“Festive Music for Early Brass & Voices” is the next concert in the Music at St. Paul’s series. It will feature the Washington, D.C., Cornett and Sackbutt Ensemble, the premiere group of its kind in North America that performs on historic instruments played by brass ensembles of the late Renaissance and early Baroque periods. The brass ensemble, directed by Michael Holmes, will be joined by St. Paul’s Senior Choir, directed by Keith Reas, for a concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 305 W.
