Shaw seeks 100 truck operators

The Georgia Department of Labor will help Shaw Industries recruit 100 lift truck operators for its plant in Adairsville, Ga.

A recruitment fair is planned from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at the Georgia Northwestern Technical College-Gordon County Campus located at 1151 Highway 53 Spur S.W. in Calhoun. GDOL staff will be on site to help screen applicants.

Applicants are encouraged to dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for jobs.
