Po­lice: Men ar­rested af­ter in­jur­ing, rob­bing pizza de­liv­ery driver

Three men were ar­rested in Cleve­land, Tenn., af­ter they al­legedly robbed a Domino’s Pizza de­liv­ery driver Fri­day night.

Po­lice re­sponded to a call about an ag­gra­vated rob­bery in the 3700 block of Stephens Road at 8:45 p.m., ac­cord­ing to a re­lease from the Cleve­land Po­lice Depart­ment.

A ten­ant of the apart­ments there said the vic­tim, the de­liv­ery driver, was un­con­scious with mi­nor in­juries. When po­lice ar­rived, the vic­tim said a hand­gun, knife and some piz­zas were stolen by the sus­pects.

Of­fi­cers learned the sus­pects were in a nearby apart­ment. The Cleve­land Po­lice Depart­ment’s SWAT team was called to the scene and two in­di­vid­u­als ex­ited the apart­ment soon af­ter.

The in­di­vid­u­als gave con­sent to search the apart­ment and sev­eral more peo­ple were found in­side, along with the stolen gun, knife and piz­zas.

Kevin Bowens, 18; Matthew Gar­man, 19; and Mar­ques Jimer­son, 22, were all ar­rested and charged with ag­gra­vated rob­bery and crim­i­nal con­spir­acy.
