Nuggets win Game 7

Nikola Jo­kic made the tiebreak­ing bas­ket with 27 sec­onds left, and the Nuggets com­pleted a come­back from a 3-1 se­ries deficit by edg­ing the Jazz 80-78 on Tues­day in Game 7 of their first-round matchup in the NBA bub­ble in Or­lando, Florida.

Af­ter a se­ries in which the Nuggets’ Ja­mal Mur­ray and the Jazz’s Dono­van Mitchell each scored 50 or more points twice, Jo­kic came up big with 30 points and 14 re­bounds. Mur­ray added 17 points for the Nuggets, who will play the Clip­pers in the West­ern Con­fer­ence semi­fi­nals.

Mitchell had 22 points and Rudy Gobert 19 points and 18 re­bounds for the Jazz, whose rally from a 19-point deficit came up just short.

• Jayson Ta­tum scored 34 points, and the Celtics used a 29-9 burst span­ning the third and fourth quar­ters to turn a 12-point deficit into an eight-point lead on their way to a 102-99 vic­tory against the Rap­tors that gave them a 2-0 lead in their East­ern Con­fer­ence semi­fi­nal se­ries.

Mar­cus Smart added 19 points, in­clud­ing five three-point­ers in the fourth quar­ter, Kemba Walker 17 and Jaylen Brown 16 against the Celtics, who are 6-0 in the play­offs. OG Anunoby led five play­ers in dou­ble fig­ures with 20 points for the Rap­tors.
