For Abi­gail Wolfe, cook­ing has been a hobby

of hers since child­hood. “I would read my

mom's cook­books at the break­fast ta­ble, and

I planned my first din­ner party at nine years

old,” she says. Wolfe com­pleted her culi­nary

train­ing at the New Eng­land Culi­nary In­sti­tute

and worked at restau­rants and in cater­ing

be­fore be­com­ing a pri­vate chef. Her recipes

are fea­tured in "5-In­gre­di­ent Mas­ter­pieces”

on page 32.
