Clean Eating Motivation
I’ve been on this weight-loss journey for a long time, and throughout it, my love for food has made it a struggle. I do meal prep for the week, but I fall off the wagon most weekends. I’m going to try and cook up some new recipes from Clean Eating. It was a lifesaver at the beginning of my journey years ago; hopefully, it can come through again! I can’t wait to try the Mexican Cobb Salad (p. 50, May 2017), but the churros (p, 50, May 2017) will be a treat I’m glad I waited for.

I loved the twoweek meal plan and shopping list; however, the new layout looks overwhelming. I am sure you all are aware of how easy it is to not start or give up [a meal plan], and #TheClean14 (p. 82, May 2017) makes this look even harder in its new layout. Just one reader’s opinion.
