Clean Eat­ing Mo­ti­va­tion

I’ve been on this weight-loss jour­ney for a long time, and through­out it, my love for food has made it a strug­gle. I do meal prep for the week, but I fall off the wagon most week­ends. I’m go­ing to try and cook up some new recipes from Clean Eat­ing. It was a life­saver at the be­gin­ning of my jour­ney years ago; hope­fully, it can come through again! I can’t wait to try the Mex­i­can Cobb Salad (p. 50, May 2017), but the chur­ros (p, 50, May 2017) will be a treat I’m glad I waited for.

Too Busy

I loved the twoweek meal plan and shop­ping list; how­ever, the new lay­out looks over­whelm­ing. I am sure you all are aware of how easy it is to not start or give up [a meal plan], and #TheClean14 (p. 82, May 2017) makes this look even harder in its new lay­out. Just one reader’s opin­ion.
