Cashew Cream Icing
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
To a food processor or highpowered blender, add all ingredients plus 2 tbsp water. Process or blend until smooth and drizzle over biscuits. If not eating right away, store in a resealable container in the refrigerator.
