Cashew Cream Ic­ing

(OP­TIONAL)

1/2 cup raw un­salted cashews 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tbsp co­conut oil 1/2 tsp pure vanilla ex­tract

To a food pro­ces­sor or high­pow­ered blender, add all in­gre­di­ents plus 2 tbsp wa­ter. Process or blend un­til smooth and driz­zle over bis­cuits. If not eat­ing right away, store in a re­seal­able con­tainer in the re­frig­er­a­tor.
