This fall, we’re chal­leng­ing you to eat noth­ing but nour­ish­ing, whole­some foods for a fun, two-week re­boot. We’re also fo­cus­ing on gut-heal­ing in­gre­di­ents and in­cor­po­rat­ing an­tiox­i­dant-rich foods to boost en­ergy and im­prove mood. There’s no calo­rie count­ing here. We’re eat­ing pure, clean foods pre­pared sim­ply and de­li­ciously. Our plan is free of pro­cessed foods, al­co­hol, gluten, sugar and dairy; it’s Pa­leo-friendly, re­plete with heal­ing spices and brim­ming with plant­based foods. It’s easy to fol­low, flex­i­ble and you won’t feel de­prived. In ad­di­tion to bet­ter health and in­creased en­ergy, you might no­tice a few un­in­tended side ef­fects – like a bet­ter mood and looser pants!
