MAKES ABOUT 8 TBSP.

2 tbsp each ground co­rian­der and turmeric pow­der

2 tsp each ground cumin, fenu­greek seeds and ground gin­ger

1 tsp each dry mus­tard and ground nut­meg

3∕4 tsp each ground black pep­per, ground cin­na­mon and ground car­damom 1∕4 tsp ground all­spice

1∕2 tsp ground cayenne pep­per

In a small jar or con­tainer, mix to­gether all in­gre­di­ents.

HOW TO USE IT: Add 1 to 3 tbsp to stews or soups; blend 1 to 2 tsp into salad dress­ing or dips; sprin­kle 1 to 2 tbsp on a batch of veg­eta­bles be­fore roast­ing; stir 1 to 2 tsp into chicken, egg or potato salad.
