If you’re look­ing to do a lit­tle pre- climb­ing warm- up, sup­port­ive grip train­ing, or are down and out with an A2 fin­ger pul­ley or sim­i­lar in­jury, pull out the Grip Pro Rings and get some blood mov­ing in those hands. The durable rings come in three re­sis­tance lev­els: green ( 30 pounds), black ( 40 pounds), and red ( 50 pounds). Per­son­ally, I found the red ring to be too much, the green too easy, but the black just right. You can vary the in­ten­sity level by pinch­ing the rings with just the fin­ger­tips, or get a re­ally tough work­out by squeez­ing them in your palm.
