S.W.A.T.’s Up With Moore

Shemar Moore spent 11 years busting bad guys on Criminal Minds, and now he’s back on CBS in a reboot of the 1975–’76 cop drama S.W.A.T. “This is a thrill ride,” says Shemar, who takes over Steve Forrest’s old role as

Sgt. Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson, the head of a specialized tactical unit in LA. “You’ve never seen this much action with a really cool, interesting, real story and a chemistry that a team has.” But will it be better than the original, which also starred Robert Urich? “Obviously, I’m biased,” Shemar says with a laugh. “I’m not saying we’re gonna be the best, but we’re gonna be something fresh, something very brand-new and something unique that you have not seen.”
