Berk­shire Hath­away named Real Estate Brand of the Year in 2018 Har­ris Poll Equitrend Study

Walling­ford — Berk­shire Hath­away HomeSer­vices New Eng­land, New York and Westch­ester Prop­er­ties have an­nounced that they were rec­og­nized as the Real Estate Brand of the Year and the Most Trusted Real Estate Brand, ac­cord­ing to re­sults from the 30th an­nual Har­ris Poll Equitrend Study.

More than 77,000 U. S. con- sumers rated 3,000 brands in about 300 cat­e­gories in the on­line study ear­lier this year. Berk­shire Hath­away HomeSer­vices New Eng­land, New York and Westch­ester Prop­er­ties re­ceived the high­est rank­ing in the Real Estate Agency cat­e­gory based on con­sumers’ per­cep­tion of it brand fa­mil­iar­ity, qual­ity and pur­chas­ing con­sid­er­a­tion, among other qual­i­fy­ing fac­tors.

J. D. Power’s 2017 Home Buyer/ Seller Sat­is­fac­tion Study.

The 2018 Har­ris Poll Equi- Trend study mea­sures and com­pares the brand health of com­pa­nies.

Re­spon­dents of­fer their per­cep­tions of brands, gaug­ing their emo­tional con­nec­tion to them plus brand aware­ness, in­flu­ence and fa­mil­iar­ity.

The Har­ris Poll is one of the long­est- run­ning sur­veys in the U.
