Country Gardens - - Garden Know-how -

Check mum labels and select between florist and garden types. Florist mums (top three) offer bigger, often bicolor blooms in many different petal forms, such as quill or spider. Garden varieties (bottom three) come in many colors on bushy plants that grow 1–3 feet tall. Many garden mums are hardy to Zone 5, and if planted properly in fall may return in spring.
