Feature classic grain-sack fabrics in open frames for an easy holiday decoration, courtesy of Erin Kern at Cotton Stem. Using dish towels, a table runner and a few old frames, she made these in about 10 minutes. Center your own fabric on the backside of an open frame. Apply a dot of hot glue to one corner to attach the fabric to the frame. Pull the fabric taut and attach the opposite corner. Repeat to secure the last two corners. Apply glue around the edges to secure the rest of the fabric. Trim excess. Staple a length of twine to the back of the frame for a hanger.
