16 oz. blueberries
(reserve 4 oz. for skewers)
16 oz. sugar
32 oz. water
8 oz. lemon juice
2 lemons, cut into slices
1. Put blueberries, sugar and water into a large saucepan. Simmer until blueberries burst and sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour the blueberry syrup over ice in a large pitcher or dispenser. Add the lemon juice.
3. Add lemon slices and stir. (Add more water if the mixture is too sweet.)
