IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

16 oz. blue­ber­ries

(re­serve 4 oz. for skew­ers)

16 oz. sugar

32 oz. wa­ter

8 oz. lemon juice

2 lemons, cut into slices

IN­STRUC­TIONS

1. Put blue­ber­ries, sugar and wa­ter into a large saucepan. Sim­mer un­til blue­ber­ries burst and sugar is dis­solved.

2. Pour the blue­berry syrup over ice in a large pitcher or dis­penser. Add the lemon juice.

3. Add lemon slices and stir. (Add more wa­ter if the mix­ture is too sweet.)

4. Pour in glasses and gar­nish with the

blue­berry skew­ers.
